Latest Development on Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway

If we talk about the current scenario, then the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), has already released its tenders and appointed the builders for the development of the Dwarka Gurgaon expressway and the adjoining sectors like 37D, 83, 84, 88, 99, 100, 101, 102, 102A, 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, 110 A, 111, 112, and 113, which will emerge as prominent sectors in the near future. 

Lately, the 18 kilometres long and 150 meter wide Expressway was in the news because of several pending litigations from both residents and industrialists who have their plots coming in the alignment of the road, however, now all the litigations have been removed and the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway and related sectors are now free from all the legal tangles. The remaining 5.5 kilometres land, which was also considered "still under litigation in bits and pieces." Is also free from all the litigations and there is nothing pending at present. 

Also, there was a fallacy in the minds of the experts that the maximum land under litigation is in the New Palam Vihar area while remaining pieces are spread across sectors like 100, 102,103, amongst others, which isn't true at all. Now, there is no land or piece near the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway, which is under any sort of litigation or legal allegation. And in this respect, HUDA officials have already received the clean chit from the legal authorities. 

In contrast, the experts also believe that the NPR will decongest the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, particularly near Delhi-Gurgaon boarder toll plaza, which has already witnessed the higher-than-expected traffic volume growth recently, but this isn't true because the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway will have its own route, which commuters will use to travel from Dwarka to Gurgaon, and further to Manesar.

Already, the sectors that are enclosing the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway have been flooded by the top most builders in the real estate sectors, who are also focusing on the new projects in Gurgaon. But here, at the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway, real estate companies have already started their big projects and few of them are already sold out and available for the reselling, which are Vedas, Atharva by Raheja, The Edge Towers, and The View, The Atrium by Ramaprastha and Spacio Park Serene & Amstoria by BPTP. On the contrary, the new projects lately launched are The Skyz by Ramaprastha, Enigma by India Bulls, Land Mark by Era, Estella by Ansal Siddhartha, Clarion by Satya Group, Lumbini Terrace Homes by Brisk, Spire Central by Spire World, Capital Gateway by Tashee, Earth Town 2 by Earth Infrastructure and The Residency by LandMark. 

In addition, there is a full-fledged township coming up by EMAAR MGF where healthy and green environment will be made available to the residents and property investors. In the recent past, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has also proposed the 18 kilometres long metro corridor that will exactly be located over the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway. 

Gradually, Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway is emerging as a heaven for the residential and commercial property purchasers who are even purchasing lands under the new projects in Gurgaon. And certainly, the overall project of the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway will amaze the people in the capital, once it's finalized by the related authorities and developers.
