MRG World’s Ultimus new affordable housing project in Dwarka Expressway to Offer 2 BHK Flats for Rs 23-27 Lakh

Gurugram has become one of the most popular destinations in NCR, not just for various job opportunities but also for affordable housing. MRG World, a Gurugram based real estate developer has made a spectacular announcement of providing affordable housing within the city. The project, ‘Ultimus’ is being built in Sector 90, Gurugram, with INR 200 crore investment and will have flats at an unbelievable rate of INR 23-27 Lakh!

• The construction of the project which is spread in 5 acres of area and contains 720 units of 2BHK apartments in different sizes has already started.
• The apartments range in size from 570 sq. ft. to 645 sq. ft. and are priced at INR 4,000 per sq. ft.
• ‘Ultimus’ is registered with Haryana RERA and according to the company, the project is expected to be completed by 2023.
• Since the project is registered under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY), buyers can get a subsidy of up to INR 2.67 Lakh on home loan interest.
• Additionally, buyers need to pay just 1% GST (Goods & Services Taxes) for the same.

While the former which was announced in June 2019 has 731 apartments, the latter will develop 755 affordable flats under the affordable housing scheme of the Haryana government.
