Buying or constructing your property is an achievement for many people. This can be because the rising prices of property and the numerous regulations associated with buying and selling of property have made it extremely difficult for people. However, these days a number of options are available to people, especially on the Dwarka Expressway. A number of townships are being developed in and around neighboring areas of Delhi. Since these are being developed using the PPP model (public-private partnership) the costs of housing has decreased considerably. You can check them out at https://www.dwarkaexpressway.com/ and decide accordingly.

With a reasonable cost of apartments, villas, plots and commercial spaces, a large number of people find it lucrative to invest in property. But, unless you rent out the extra property, it is not going to give you much return. The asset will appreciate slowly in time, meanwhile, you should worry about the EMIs too. Putting your property on rent can help lower your EMIs considerably. However, one of the important concern of landlords is should they approach prospective tenants/clients directly or take the services of professional property dealers and real estate managers. When in dilemma, remember to ask yourself these questions before coming to any decision:

  1. Can you afford the services of the real estate management company?
  2. Do you have the time to show the property whenever a prospective tenant approaches?
  3. Are you well versed with the latest marketing and advertising strategies to get the best tenant for your property?
  4. Can you screen through the prospective tenants to weed out defaulters, disruptors or get through with police verification for them?
  5. Do you have the legal assistance to get the contract formed, drawn, notarized, etc.?
  6. Renting property does not absolve you of all duties. You are responsible for handling all regular maintenance issues with your property. Do you have the time as well as contacts who can get all this work done on time and at nominal charges?
  7. If, despite, all your best efforts, you get a client who is creating problems and you wish to get them evicted, are you adequately prepared to handle the process on your own?
