The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) is actively working on enhancing master services and utilities to accommodate the rising population along the Dwarka Expressway. Plans are underway to develop essential facilities, such as water supply pipelines, to cater to the area’s growth.

Moreover, efforts are being made to address the issues of missing links and right-of-way (ROW) along the Dwarka Expressway and Central Peripheral Road. As the region around Dwarka Expressway is experiencing rapid development, it is expected to further accelerate once the expressway becomes operational, making it a highly sought-after residential and commercial destination. In recent years, significant infrastructural development has taken place in neighboring areas like Sector-37, Sector-10A, and Sector-9A.

The area holds immense potential for expansion in essential services, schools, hospitals, shopping complexes, and entertainment options. The ongoing infrastructure development, including road construction and transport networks, enhances accessibility and livability, attracting more residents and businesses. To meet these future needs, the GMDA is actively assessing the requirements in the region.

In its quest to provide master services, the authority is currently looking for approximately 4.25 acres of land at eight different locations along the Dwarka Expressway. Once the required land is acquired, the GMDA will initiate further development work.

The significance of the area is further heightened by its connection to the proposed Global City by the state government, adding pressure to meet future infrastructure demands. The authority is meticulously considering this factor in their planning process.

Due to the increasing population and commercial activities along the expressway, there is a growing demand for both residential and commercial properties. This situation presents attractive opportunities for real estate investors, as noted by Saransh Trehan, a real estate businessman.

Additionally, the GMDA has sought the support of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to make the master services functional for public use, emphasizing their commitment to providing quality services and utilities.
